Refund Policy

Elodie Yates Golf Coaching
 

All coaching sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a reschedule or credit at our discretion.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, unless the session is filled by another client.

• No-shows or missed sessions will not be refunded or credited.

• Refunds are not issued for partially used coaching packages.
   

Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Vouchers must be redeemed within the expiry period stated at the time of purchase.

• Expired vouchers will not be extended or refunded.
